Shuhan is a doctoral student in Health Behavior program at Indiana University School of Health. She has a Master of Public Health degree majoring in behavioral social and community health (BSCH) and physical activity (PA). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Fitness from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She has emphasized diversity in her volunteer and academic experience. Her research focuses on the mental health among international students and immigration population. More specifically, she is interested in understanding the relationship between cultural values and mental health-related outcomes.​
