Caroline Funkhouser recently graduated with High Distinction from Indiana University with a bachelors of science in Kinesiology majoring in exercise science and minoring in group fitness instruction. While at IU she was on the executive Dean’s List for multiple semesters, was a Founders Scholar and served as a member in the Mrs. Granville Wells chapter of Mortar Board. As a part of her undergraduate career she studied music which sparked her interest in alternative rehabilitation practices such as art and music therapy. She now plans on continuing her education in rehabilitative sciences in a doctor of physical therapy program. As a student in the public health field, Caroline is interested in research that will help people lead healthier lives.
